This unit requires you to remove the outlet cap bezel and then screw it into the outlet cap threaded hole. Nothing new. What sets it apart from the rest is that the back of the device is recessed to create a ledge around the back edge. When screwing onto the box, it is drawn completely into the wall and has no gap. This also makes it very durable. I like 2 rotating sockets and 2 USB for electronic charging. It's also surge protection. Definitely worth the money. This company did their homework and came up with a great product.
