I mounted this light on the bottom back of my 27" monitor and plugged it into the USB port of my laptop's docking station. The clamp is very strong. When I'm not using it, I fold the round light piece behind the monitor for watching TV =- and for a cleaner look. I like everything in the world. Optional light type, easy-to-use buttons to turn on/off, change light type and intensity. Very well done. Perfect for all my virtual appointments. Great value under $20.
