I mounted this light on the bottom back of my 27" monitor and plugged it into the USB port of my laptop's docking station. The clamp is very strong. When I'm not using it, I fold the round light piece behind the monitor for watching TV =- and for a cleaner look. I like everything in the world. Optional light type, easy-to-use buttons to turn on/off, change light type and intensity. Very well done. Perfect for all my virtual appointments. Great value under $20.

I bought a Bekada ring light for virtual meetings because my face was often unevenly lit by table and room lights. After almost a week of use I am very satisfied. The clip holds the lamp securely. Not a fan of it. It was very difficult to try and set up nicely. In other words, it needs to be attached to something, and the bottom of the clip actually lifted the base of my laptop. The thickness of the neck (for lack of a better word) made it unwieldy. The light worked and it had multiple levels of brightness, which was good, but it was generally difficult to set up and then find the right position.
