Review on OrderStorm by Robert Gilbert

I like that they are committed to customer success, which is something we've found lacking in other solutions out there (like our previous one). It's been very easy getting started with them as well! We have had some initial issues but those were quickly resolved by their team. They're also always willing to help us troubleshoot any problems or questions we may run into along the way - from implementation through onboarding etc.- so far it has worked great! No real dislikes at this time. Would love if they could do more workflows/integrations beyond what they currently offer. Our main focus right now is just making sure everything works smoothly when transferring orders between different channels. But overall, things seem pretty seamless thus far. And since we can't control all of these platforms ourselves, having an extension such as theirs makes sense. This helps keep track of order status across various channels without needing multiple apps open simultaneously. Also saves me tons.
