I like that we can create all our orders in one place, even if they are not from us! It's easy to use as well - it is very intuitive which makes creating custom fields quick & painless (like adding an SKU). There isn't much you could dislike about this system unless maybe there was something missing? I like that they are committed to customer success, which is something we've found lacking in other solutions out there (like our previous one). It's been very easy getting started with them as well! We have had some initial issues but those were quickly resolved by their team. They're also always willing to help us troubleshoot any problems or questions we may run into along the way - from implementation through onboarding etc.- so far it has worked great!
