Excellent Omnie Channel Solution - Listen First Then Deliver

I have worked with several companies in this space, but none are as good at implementing an omni channel strategy than Oustorm! They listen to customers needs & implement solutions that solve those problems quickly while keeping costs low, which is key when you're looking at multiple SKUs/product lines. Their team of experts has helped us develop our own product roadmap by listening first then helping guide us through implementation. Highly recommend them! We've implemented their omni-channel platform across 2 separate eCommerce sites (one physical store location) where we sell over 200 products ranging from clothing items to electronics via online channels such as Amazon FBA. This allows our customer base access from any device or screen they choose without having to visit stores like brick n mortar retailers do today. I like that it's an easy to use software, the customer service is amazing and the support is also great. I also like that they are constantly adding more features and making the software better! I don't think I have any dislikes. OrderStorm has helped us manage our orders and orders that our customers place. We were able to have the software automatically update our customers on their orders. This helped us keep track of our orders and our customers' orders.
