I like that we can create all our orders in one place, even if they are not from us! It's easy to use as well - it is very intuitive which makes creating custom fields quick & painless (like adding an SKU). There isn't much you could dislike about this system unless maybe there was something missing? If someone has questions or needs help with anything related to order management then definitely give them access to their Account Manager at Orderstorm. They will be able to answer any question or issue right away. We have been using Order Storm since May of 2015 but prior to that time we were manually entering items into Excel sheets and sending those over via email. With OrderStream now being integrated within Salesforce so easily accessible by everyone involved in sales process, no longer do we need excel spreadsheets anymore.
