Either Polaroid should just stick with the hardware / find a way to minimize the impact and reliance on the software, or just hire the right engineers to make sure their software does this doesn't suck. I can't even rate the hardware, but never mind. The software is required to use it, but renders everything useless. Just search for "Polaroid Mint" in the Play Store. Crashes on launch/attempt to use, connects once and never connects again. I managed to print all 2 photos in poor quality (much darker than the app shows) before I was just never able to print anything again. I tried it with 3 different Android phones (Pixel 2 XL, Pixel 3a, Pixel 4XL). I will send it back and look for alternatives. Usually they look for an alternative first, but THIS IS NOT SUITABLE either. Don't waste your time, effort or money. look elsewhere
