Haven't ridden a bike before but this phone holder seems perfect. My new Harley had mini drop bars and my old phone holder stuck out at an odd angle and couldn't be adjusted. This new one gets closer to the bar and can spin in any direction. The simple installation took literally a minute and seems perfectly secure. There is a nice addition of rubber corner straps as well as a few extras just in case. Excellent purchase.

I have bought one of these CAW phone holders in the past. Worked for a year or so then the plastic adjusting nut on the back fell apart. Now it's too late to go back. However, I bought another CAW because I really liked what I had. I use it on my mountain bike, big dog bike, tripod and selfie stick which makes it very versatile. I personally think this is a better design and more durable. It looks like CAW has added this design to their line for a higher quality phone holder.

Excellent phone mount. If you are looking for a phone mount for your motorcycle, this is the one for you. There are two mechanisms that work together to protect the phone and keep it running properly. I once forgot to put tape on the corners of the phone and the spring vise on the sides held the phone in place with no problem and I was cruising down the freeway at 70mph. The new NordicTrack s22i I received for cardiac rehabilitation is great except for one very important feature. There really is no place for the phone. I have a 10 year old mountain bike and an iPhone 8 Plus that I have attached to this phone mount and I am on the surrounding suburban streets, sidewalks and trails hazards.
