I tried a clamp mount first, but road handlebars and MTB handlebars are different sizes and tend to narrow as you get closer to your hands. It turned out that if I wanted to use one of them, it had to be more or less attached to my arm. I was looking for alternative mounting options to mount on the bar (so that it's centered) and came across this gem. I call this claw (or claw) attachment.
