The product is very nice, but for some reason, we had to order it 3 times until we got it. The first time it was supposed to come with a second item and it was not in the package. The second time an empty drawstring bag came with no elephant inside. The third time it came as it was supposed to. Also, because it was not straight from Revain it was from aone item, they had to refund me my money and I had to order again. I am not sure if this is the fault of Revain or aone item. The bottle I got has a pump that DOES NOT work, I'm disappointed that a $30 dollar conditioner uses such low quality packaging.
