The reason I regret buying these earbuds is because they don't fit, stay and fit snugly on your ear. So when you try to exercise, you constantly have to deal with them falling out. I stood still and the pods kept trying to find a way to fall out. Don't forget that every time you adjust them you're skipping your song because someone had the smart idea of having a way to switch songs on the fly and you plug in a pair of headphones and it's on to the next song. Your entire playlist and you only have to listen to the beginning of each song.
