Advantages: Inexpensive, works after conversion. Cons: Silver does not match the original silver items. Not suitable. Installed, tested, the buttons on the bumper stayed pressed forever. Dismantled, estimated, to blame. The little pieces of plastic that press the internal buttons turned out to be too long so I cut off 1mm and reinstalled and they work well enough.
