Long story so read on it's worth it. I know what you're thinking, cheap china part, well, let's face it, you're right. My first block was reloaded. Luckily I have a 2018 Polaris Sportsman 570 and was alerted when the charge was 15.3 volts. At this point I wasn't too concerned until she hit 16 and kept going up. I parked the car, left the headlights on to drain the battery, and hobbled home. I figured it was a coincidence so I mowed the field with RWD the next weekend and it happened again. So I emailed the seller asking if this was normal for their product, they responded within a day asking for a voltage range, I responded and then they asked for my number and address and sent me a new one straight away device sent. Their English in emails was a bit broken so I could tell I was dealing with a foreign company. Still, five stars for EXCELLENT customer service. If you buy this product and it breaks, trust them to support it. This was all done via email messages, not Amazon, so 谢谢 (thanks).
