Soft, cozy jersey pouch that's easy to slip on and has a secure zip closure. Just squeeze and just slip on like you would slip on a high sock/nylon. Much nicer than the original case that came with it. It feels thick and appears to be of good quality. I also like that this cover doesn't hold the extremely curved edge as tightly so the pillow is more versatile (doesn't sting my stomach when I turn it over). I washed and dried it in warm water before using it and I had no problems. My only complaint is that the zipper is open along the outside edge (no fabric/valve covering it) and it would be annoying if it was in a place that would hit my face or other skin, but that's not an issue for my use it. There is no scrub either.
