After reading many reviews I realized I wanted to buy a zippered pillowcase for my Snoogle. This pillowcase is pretty easy to put on and is a bit tight, but doable. The fabric is quite soft, albeit thin. My main problem is that I was starting to get cystic acne on my neck (both sides) and I think it was from the pillow and/or pillowcase. With my second pregnancy I was in the mood for it! So I got it early when I was 4 months pregnant and what a disappointment. The pillow is very comfortable to fall asleep, but then. you're stuck with it in the same position until the end of the night when nobody is there to help you. it's so bulky and confuses you to the point where you can't get out without help.
