It's fantastic for the price but don't expect it to have all the really good features of the expensive models. The main disadvantage is the loading mechanism. It comes with a special USB cable that needs to be plugged in to charge the toothbrush. Quality sonic toothbrushes are simpler: just place them in a mug or stand. Since the cord isn't built into the stand, I have to keep an eye on the cord between charges, which doesn't seem like a big deal, but it's not ideal for, say, a teenager going to college. , in terms of vibration power and actual cleaning power I can't tell any difference between this and my Phillips which costs maybe 6x the price. One charge is enough for a long time, so the problem with charging is not big. For an inexpensive sonic toothbrush, this is a good buy.
