Trying this particular razor for the first time. It took three months, about the same as my other two razors of the same design but from different sellers. Out of the blue it started shutting down after running for about 5 seconds. Tried everything (charging, completely dry, etc.). Vain. Only offer a 30-day return window. No word on the guarantee. He worked well in the shower while he worked, but that's all I can say. After I posted my unflattering review, the manufacturers contacted me. The communication was cordial and factual. I was asked to send a video of a razor malfunction and then offered a free replacement razor which was sent to me. I have to say that the company's response to my review was unexpected. While the product may have let me down, the customer support has been fantastic. I will give this product one more chance. This is a good product and I enjoy using it.
