It is approximately twice the thickness of a typical braided DisplayPort cable. It also means it won't be the most flexible thing on the planet. If you play with a higher resolution and a high frame rate, this is a very good option. I'm using it on a 1440p panel at 165Hz. It might be a little overkill, but it handled it with no issues. Also very happy that it has no hooks to fix it. I've only ever had problems with these things. Overall very happy with it for the price.
