My daughter has to go to the doctor once a week. She also can't stand the summer heat without getting sick, but she has to take the bus to the clinic, so she's stuck in the intense heat. I bought her a nice umbrella and, out of desperation, experimented with one of these devices. The experiment turned out to be one of my best decisions! This necklace cooler saved the day! Now she rides the bus, waits and everything is relatively comfortable. I say "relatively" because some of our temperatures range from 110 degrees. F. Up to 115 F.
