I'm not sure if this will give me the relief I need. Pictures of the machine show that the rollers roll the fingers along the entire length, and the air cushions - in the area of the palms and wrists. For me it seems to go from the tips halfway down, then from half fingers to half palm not much happens. There are three massage settings, but using each setting for 20 minutes never relieves the knuckles and upper palms. The heating is pretty good, you can turn it on or off. There's also an adjustment for pinch roller stiffness, but they're not very strong even on the strongest settings. It has to be related to work. I've had others that were wireless and worked better than this one. I really wish it would relieve my numb hands better, but it doesn't. If it breaks, I won't buy it again.
