Order 1 size up for a looser fit.

It worked as expected, I would order the next size up from the chart if you don't like it fitting like a suit. I prefer a looser fit when sleeping so XL was perfect. (I'm 6ft 2in and 220lbs.) My only complaint is that the pants could use a wider ribbing. The one I had was very narrow.
