Review on πŸ”οΈ Summit 250 Mummy Sleeping Bag by Mountain Warehouse - High Performance Camping Bag by Major Lindsay

Revainrating 5 out of 5

You get what you pay for.

For a bag light enough and warm enough I figured $35 was ok. I plan to use this for mountaineering in three seasons and for my price range (basically I wanted to spend less than fifty dollars as I'm an aspiring hiker and college student on a budget). Statistically this was the best deal I could find after much online searching. It's fairly light by my standards, under 4 pounds, and fits in the sleeping bag compartment of my Deuter backpack. Although as someone else mentioned it takes a lot of effort to put it back in the duffel but that doesn't bother me too much as I don't use duffels anyway. I wouldn't normally buy a product with such a bad review from Revain, but other customer reviews online and on Mountain Warehouse's website have been much more positive. If I had the budget to buy a $100 bag I definitely wouldn't go for this one, but again at $35 I'm more than happy with my purchase. If I run into any issues I will definitely update this review. UPDATE: In October I went hiking in the White Mountains. We had around 30C at night and this bag lived up to its temperature! I slept pretty well through the night and (with my extra layers of clothing) hardly noticed the cold.
