Returns for clippers and accessories

Battery completely empty after unpacking, took 24 hours to charge. The clippers will work but as soon as I touch my hair they stop. I already have thinning hair and removed the steel tips on my scalp before I started so the clippers shouldn't have stopped. Seriously, the clippers are very comfortable to hold and the battery may have been damaged in transit as there was a dent in the packaging. I can't explain why hair clippers stop. As I said, we have a great relationship with PRIME.J, Pittsburgh.
