Review on PeapodMats Leakproof Incontinence Mattress Pads - Washable, Reusable, Breathable Bedwetting Mats, Sand 3x5 Inches by Frankie Wesley

Bought a week ago. We like the fact that it's still tight. However, it's no more absorbent than a towel (it's just a towel sewn over a waterproof barrier with a non-slip backing). We do NOT like the fact that it's not colorfast. See photos (3) showing the paint loss process. Each wash in warm water (and we use All Free and Clear and NOT WITHOUT bleach or booster) turns it more and more orange-pink. Lying on our son's bed with its gray duvet on, it looks horribly pink and unsightly. It looks like it's over a year old and already worn out! So much discoloration and blemishes. We contacted customer service as this happened after the first wash and they took no responsibility for it. They told us that anyone who slept on it used lotions or creams (he doesn't) or that we washed it with something that had who-knows-what left in it (we didn't). I replied and they decided not to. do not offer any help, so we are returning this item. Sometimes a good product fails because of bad customer service. So let's go back and get back to the smaller pads we used.
