I bought one of these dive cameras in December 2005. The retail price at the local Longs pharmacy was only $5, but anything under $10 is a good deal. What sets it apart from previous disposables is that it's water resistant to 100 feet! It's also reusable, just insert 800 ISO 35mm film. There is no flash, and 800 ISO film requires good lighting and visibility when diving. I shot 27 experiences at 95ft on several morning dives and only 20 out of 27 came out. Proper aiming with the masked viewfinder takes some getting used to, and the small scope at the top serves only as a vague guide. Image quality was ok. Since I had no ambient light they gave lots of blue and maybe 15-20ft visibility when the actual dive was around 30-35ft. Camera, the cost is so low I was just happy to take some dive photos. what I have never done. Next time I will use this camera again.
