This is amazing! My fiancรฉ used to have clear blue light goggles and didn't feel much of a difference at all. And he kept me up for HOURS while playing on his phone! With these orange lenses, he immediately feels the difference and can say that they work because when he takes them off he notices how bright the blue light is and gets a headache. It used to take over 15 minutes to fall asleep and since we've been using it he's almost asleep as soon as we go to bed. Did I mention they look really cool?! Highly recommended!
