Review on 🧹 Efficient PetOde Dryer Vent Cleaner Kit: Vacuum Attachment, Lint Remover, Power Washer, and 48-inch Vent Hose by Chad Blanchet

I gave one star which is generous. I do not recommend purchasing this product for many reasons. First, the product has one name on Revain and a completely different name on the box it comes in. Second, the product packaging states that it has a 3ft 1/2ft hose. I thought the hose looked very short so I measured it. It's not even 3 meters long. Third, the product box was opened. It was opened in the BoxLegend box it came in and there was also an opened zip pouch in that box. No wonder then that a part is missing. Someone also clipped one of the parts into the big blue plastic adapter. So at first I thought there was more than one detail missing. I could be wrong and all parts were actually included, but I based my information on the diagram in the instructions. One of the rubber hose connectors was missing. Again, if it's there and plugged into the adapter, I couldn't see it. I contacted Axon support regarding the product and how many parts it should have. However, this was nothing more than a waste of time. They had no idea and made me wait over 20 minutes without offering anything. doesn't even look physically like the description the manufacturer printed on the box and also that a part is missing are too many red flags on the product.
