I loved how they were able to show us everything we needed in order for our employees to be more aware of their health insurance options, as well as helping them navigate through all aspects of it! We didn't realize there was so much information out there about what is available if you are uninsured or underinsured with employers/insurers until after this visit. The team at CYB has been amazing throughout my entire experience working with them - from initial contact to implementation - they have always made me feel like one person who cares deeply about making sure each employee gets exactly what he needs when he comes back asking questions (or even before). They really do go above & beyond!! Honestly not anything i dislike specifically but honestly don’t know where else someone could get help getting an employer set up correctly. If anyone wants proof just look into all your insurances now, its insane how easy some things can make life easier, especially since no doctor's office ever talks.
