I knew this device would revolutionize streaming and it was only after playing with it for hours that I fell in love. The design is really great. It feels like solid hardware and the grips have a good grip and feel. You can customize the buttons and touchscreen for almost anything. I often use it for background music on Spotify and it's amazing to have knobs to change volume without tabs. The touchscreen is very responsive and you can add additional button pages and just swipe the buttons to switch pages. The swiping is very smooth and fast, even working for quick swiping up or down to switch sides and change custom grips. There's a lot going on in the software so it feels a bit overwhelming at first, but I was able to delve into it. Maybe it could be a bit more user friendly, but it's not a big problem. If you understand the flow deck, you can probably understand this too, but there's a lot more you can do. The software comes preloaded with profiles that switch automatically depending on what program you switch to on your computer. I usually lock my profile so it doesn't switch while I'm streaming. I've noticed an issue where the Spotify integration just seems to stop working and I can't restore it without restarting Loupedeck. This is a quick fix as it allows the device to reboot, but we hope this gets fixed in future software updates. I sent a message to tech support regarding this. Overall, however, this device is amazing. It's amazing to have so many integrations with programs from Adobe Photoshop to OBS Studio and more. I can't wait to continue improving the production quality of my stream and workflows when creating content with Loupedeck Live.Edit regarding Loupedeck support: I'm still awaiting a response from support. The auto message said it would take 1-2 days to reply but it's been over a week now. Still hoping for an answer on the Spotify issue. Edit: Support has assured me that they are aware of the issues and are currently working on a software update.
