I recently bought this helmet for a 3 hour trip. I wear a size 7 3/4 fitted cap therefore I got the 2XL. The helmet was a bit too small for me and I had to maneuver my glasses into it. I had to take off the side liners in order for it to fit. The blue tooth paired well with my phone and the battery lasted all trip long and back. I was able to make a phone call and the music sounded well. The helmet was a bit noisy when going more than 70 mph but It was definitely better than having no helmet. I say you get what you pay for.
