I got this monitor a few days ago. It's nice, sharp and bright. The response time is excellent and the colors are really vibrant. I'm currently using it at 1080P but I mistook it for 2K and it looked good too! There are also plenty of ports and an integrated USB 3.1 extender (requires a separate cable to connect the motherboard to the monitor to be used, but it's worth it). and regardless of the lower "working light" if you will - the image quality is phenomenal. Super smooth refresh rate compared to my second monitor (60Hz). Eventually you will need a second one! - The screen layout (height and tilt) is way better than your average gaming monitor - ** The top of the stand doubles as a gaming headset stand :D ** It says nowhere in their description but there is a picture of it the headset directly on the stand! (That's why the edges expand and rise). Cons: A bit heavy for a monitor, but that's because both the base and stand are metal (aluminum I think) and not plastic, so that's fine with me. The diamond base is ok but can be a bit odd depending on the table configuration.
