Review on 👕 Classic Food Service Equipment & Supplies: Server Books and Waitstaff Apron by Danny Trapanese

Slightly shorter than the standard Amex books provided by my employer, but I was aware of this when I bought it because I measured the Amex book. I like the size and suppleness. This is the first book I've bought myself so I can only compare it to Amex books which can be folded (which I often do with Amex books) but it can peel off after constant flexing if that happens, I don't mind replacing it because the price is right, and the main reason I bought my own was that I got tired of worrying about my small wallet (which I also carry with double-folded cash stuff) to worry about because it's in the way. At my work, writing pads are wider (4 inches wide) than regular guest bill pads so I was worried they might not fit, but luckily they did. UPDATE: It's been about three months now and they've held up great without peeling.
