I'm so glad I finally got it. I waited for the price to drop and got 2 of these as soon as I got the notification. First of all, if you expect quality furniture, these bedside tables are not for you. However, I will say that these are the nicest $34 bedside/end tables you will find anywhere (and another overpriced furniture website sells them for $74). And they certainly look more expensive than they cost. I was very surprised by the quality of the wood here. The white trim was just great. In some places I was disappointed to see that it wasn't painted, but when I started collecting I found that all those places were covered by other parts, so don't worry! None of my products had scratches. Yes, the bottom of the box is thin. You can't put a lot of heavy stuff in these drawers, but if you really want to, it's very easy to replace the bottom of the drawer with a piece of wood! Now let's start assembling. It was basic but annoying. Simply because you don't even need directions. It's clear how everything fits together. The first review on an expensive furniture site was written by a man/girl who claimed to be a furniture assembly expert but sat for 30 minutes to decipher the instructions. These are just pictures (no actual direction) but again so obvious. It took me about 40 minutes for each table. It's annoying that you put your feet up on the main countertop. The table top has a good nose but the hex key is not long enough for the lever on one side and the other side is long enough for the lever but not long enough for a full turn. I only rotated 180 degrees each time instead of 360. It probably took me 15 minutes to tighten them enough. Oh, and attach the drawer before assembling the drawer. This greatly simplifies the task. The shape of the typical Allen key is my only complaint and since it's not Winsome's fault there's no reason not to give this night. Worth 5 stars. They're cute, easy, and perfect for my guest room!
