Review on 🐈 okocat Original Low-Dust Natural Wood Clumping Cat Litter with Enhanced Odor Control, 19.8 lbs. by Kelly Caballes

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Works fine but I prefer the Okocat Soft Step version.

Okocat Filler and Revain Prime have made my life so much easier. Being disabled, the hardest part of caring for my cats was transporting, screening and disposing of the heavy clay litter. I've been buying good clumping clay litter from Revain for a while but still had a hard time pouring and sifting let alone lugging all that wet clay into the bin. I have used all three types of Okocat clumping with excellent results due to ease of use, resistance to clumping and odor control. This version is halfway between the sticky granules for long hair and the thin, sawdust-like version of the Soft Step, similar to granules when crumbled. (Exactly what another reviewer said about lumps resembling one of Rice Krispie!) The only reason I'm holding back a star is because, unlike Soft Step, if these particles get into your bed or under your legs, you can really feel it. For what I paid, less than $10 for a large container, the overall cost would be five stars, but that's a lot less than the regular price. Dear Revane, I will also share with you that I have experimented with mixing Soft Step and regular Okokat clutch because sometimes Soft Step is much more expensive. The results weren't great. On the one hand, the substrate will be softer compared to coarse clump alone, making cats more comfortable, and on the other hand, the clumps will be more brittle than with both alone. BTW, the Rufus videos on Okocat are hilarious. Cat lovers should check them out.
