Although it was very difficult to install, connect and connect, the sound quality was disappointing. Firstly, the device looks a little different from the photo. Now it's a small plastic case, which is nice. Still simple cinch and two powerline connections. Two wires connect to the switched battery power cable and you're in gold. The biggest criticism here is the sound quality. Less trouble is a knock when shutting down. But the sound is heavily compressed and cut off. No deep bass, no highs. The worst that Bluetooth has to offer. Then I went back to the direct connection via 3.5mm jack, the quality was much better. Try the bluetooth connection in my other cars and they sound better. This adapter is not so much. Combined with a knock on shutdown and poor quality, I reverted to a 3.5mm wired connection rather than wireless via BT.
