I love my cat and I clean her litter box as soon as she needs it, sometimes several times a day. But I am an elderly person and the older I get the harder it is for me to do this simple task due to back arthritis. So I bought this scooper because of the very long handle and it really made my job that much easier. I can now bend at the waist and pick up the litter much easier because the handle is long enough to reach the litter box without having to kneel or squat. Also, I really like that the part of the shovel is very deep and the dirt attached won't fall out while I transfer it to a bag or container for disposal. Excellent, very useful product for me.
