It was exactly what I ordered. Unfortunately they weren't what I wanted. I think what I was really looking for was there, but in a memory foam that would act as some sort of noise-cancellation. It isn't what it is. It's silicone. The memory foam tips give my little headphones a powerful base sound. It's not like this. It's not the manufacturer's fault and they were well made - just not what I was looking for. I would advise the manufacturer to make earplugs out of memory foam.
