In general, this device works well if you opt for a 10 second upgrade subscription. No need to download an app, I just used a web browser. Here's what I'd like to improve: 1) Being able to turn off the LEDs. This can be a simple web interface implementation. Of course you can always use tape or paint over the LEDs, but it won't be as clean and pretty. 2) The car does not always follow the curves of the road during historical replay. Your car may look like it has cut corners instead of rounding them, making it look like someone drove it while drunk. 3) Your device often reports minor (and erroneous) skids when the car is actually parked. For example, if your car arrives at the destination at 8:00 (start of business hours) and the driver works until 17:00. During those 9 hours, it frequently reports small vehicle movements after arrival (e.g. at 8:28 am). It doesn't matter, but if you want to make sure your spouse (or child) gets to work (or school) on time, the last status timestamp should be their actual arrival time. Sure, you can use historical replay to make sure the car didn't actually move, but do you really want to spend your time replaying and not just looking at the timestamp? Would I have bought the device if I had known the above? glitches? Yes, but without those glitches, this is easily a solid 5-star product.
