Had this thing for almost 3 months was a decent thing to boil eggs add enough water and you can cook them clean just a little and you get a perfect soft boil. The toasts were nicely and evenly browned, the small breadcrumb tray was just enough to catch any crumbs. The small eggshells on the inside flex slightly and prevent a good close after the first slight flex. As mentioned, the hard boiled egg cooker works perfectly, you can get a good soft boiled egg every time. The problem was after 3 months the thing stopped working, no heat, no steaming eggs, absolutely nothing but paper weight, haven't been able to contact the company to somehow fix or replace the product. Not happy, regret not getting something that lasted a while as the price just isn't right for something that can break for 3 months with just a few uses a week.
