We love our oven vents. The fan housing had a dent, but we were able to fix it. Could we repaint the medal, it has scratches and we don't know how to remove the scratches. Otherwise, if you can tell me how to remove the scratches, could you send us a new case > We'll pay for the case if we need it. We sent the last one back because the cover was warped and we felt we couldn't risk making it worse by trying to fix the dent. Thanks Aubrey Morris, PS please come back with me!
