decent block, noisy, can't remove the protective sticker covering the entire stainless surface

The noise level is high, crappy drywall anchors are included, I recommend installing wooden braces on the ceiling, no cooking timer but it There's a timer to close the device. For some reason, the horrible security sticker is almost impossible to remove, the Chinese-English instructions are poor, there's no paper template to attach, and the mounting rivets come off easily. Overall it's a good device, but you get what you pay for

There were scratches on the stainless steel, a dent on the fan housing. Asked about a new stainless steel case but no answer.

We love our oven vents. The fan housing had a dent, but we were able to fix it. Could we repaint the medal, it has scratches and we don't know how to remove the scratches. Otherwise, if you can tell me how to remove the scratches, could you send us a new case > We'll pay for the case if we need it. We sent the last one back because the cover was warped and we felt we couldn't risk making it worse by trying to fix the dent. Thanks Aubrey Morris, PS please come back with me!

5 stars! This item was delivered quickly and well packaged and our contractor said putting the film on and removing it was not a problem as some of the other reviews have mentioned. During installation he accidentally hit the burner and ignited one of the lamps in the unit, the seller was PHENOMENAL and immediately sent a new lamp for free. Overall we're very happy with this device, we like that it's all button based and doesn't have a nasty glowing LED flashlight that stays on all the time. It

It has everything I need: elegance, performance and a great price!

We got an island hood for our new house. It's really smooth, the touch controls are responsive, the light is very very bright, and all 3 gas extraction modes are very powerful. The height is adjustable to accommodate ceiling heights of up to 9.5 feet, which is more than adequate for our use case. From a nose perspective, it sounds as expected and not overly loud.
