5 stars! This item was delivered quickly and well packaged and our contractor said putting the film on and removing it was not a problem as some of the other reviews have mentioned. During installation he accidentally hit the burner and ignited one of the lamps in the unit, the seller was PHENOMENAL and immediately sent a new lamp for free. Overall we're very happy with this device, we like that it's all button based and doesn't have a nasty glowing LED flashlight that stays on all the time. It looks great on our island range and is extremely effective at cleaning kitchen smoke/steam. Noise is exactly what you would expect from a well-made high-CFM unit, not excessive, but it definitely requires a legitimate fan and motor to get the job done.
