I like that this software allows me access for my staff with out having to go in person, it helps us stay organized during our busy season! There are some features we would prefer not be included but they have been working hard at adding more options soon as well! It's helping keep track of everything so easily without spending too much time doing paperwork or going into offices! It's easy for HR admins, it makes sure everyone gets their own benefit profile that they can use when searching or filing claims.

Not much - just keep using as you would with any other product out there! If your looking at this because of an existing relationship (i've been working in admin roles since 2008), don't look here first. I'm solving problems where my organization previously didn't have them by creating custom fields so we could track things like "what does our customer think about us?".
