I like that this software allows me access for my staff with out having to go in person, it helps us stay organized during our busy season! There are some features we would prefer not be included but they have been working hard at adding more options soon as well! I like that it's easy for employees who are not computer savvy as well those with limited access, this makes life easier when trying get information about their plan or how they can apply online in real time! There isn't much out there yet but we do have some success using commonbenefits so far!! It makes it super easy for our HR team, as well! We used this product before when we were still using an in-house ERP that was not integrated with other systems at work (iCloud etc.). This allowed us access via mobile devices easily while out of office hours or traveling around country during training events/etc., which saved time over having someone else do so back then :) Great interface - you can get things done very quickly without needing lots more detail options than what's needed…
