I like that it's easy for employees who are not computer savvy as well those with limited access, this makes life easier when trying get information about their plan or how they can apply online in real time! There isn't much out there yet but we do have some success using commonbenefits so far!! It has been great getting feedback since our implementation date of Oct 1st which was last month now its almost March.
We're excited because more people will be able use them once everyone gets used too us at work (we've got over 500+ offices).
