I like that you can access your information from anywhere as long as you have an internet connection. It is very easy to use and navigate which makes it convenient when looking through your benefits. The customer service is great! They always respond quickly and are extremely helpful. There isn't much I dislike about this system. I like that they have an option to add my spouse if he/she is covered by COBRA through his employer as well! They also added their own benefits plan in addition of Aetna which was great since we had been with them before switching over from PPO Blue Cross (which didn't cover us).
