The most important thing about this is that it offers you the ability to manage your health care benefits in one place which makes everything very easy! I also like how informative the system can be at times. Sometimes things are not as clear cut as they should be. For example, with my insurance provider there were questions regarding whether or not I was eligible for certain services because of an issue with my past medical history (I had been previously denied). This made me have to go back through my records and find out if it was actually true or false. It's definitely worth checking out but make sure you read all the fine print before signing up since some policies may not offer what you want when you need it. Not only does this allow us to easily access our health information, we're able to keep track of any changes quickly too.
