Too bad I can't give zero stars. I have never been SO disappointed in my life! Failing to disappoint something as simple as a dustpan and broom is utterly ridiculous. This thing needs to be pulled from Revane. That does not work. Period. It just doesn't work. Its only purpose is to remove dirt from the floor and it DOES NOT WORK. The shovel is made to literally not touch the ground at all! Debris falls directly below. Also large items. Right under the owl. The small flap can be folded back as far as possible, but it doesn't matter because the dustpan itself doesn't lie flat on the ground. There is no way to work with this thing. Not only that, but the set seems inappropriate. The broom is really long with stiff bristles, the dustpan is uncomfortably short and the handle is awkward to hold. All of this is just wrong. Wrong wrong wrong. Who was it?! stop making them! They scam people and waste their time and money on this product. Shame on you guys. I'm just so frustrated that I have to waste time sending the thing back. I mean, it's a broom and a dustpan, for goodness sake! Anyone who gives a good rating MUST be a scammer! Got to! I wish I had read the reviews but figured it was a broom and dustpan that could go wrong. Obviously a lot. Revain has to pull this list.
