I like that it is easy for our sales team to access important documents from other teams within the organization. It's also helpful to be able to search by different fields as well as dates of an event or meeting. Being able to share files with multiple people at once without having to email attachments has been very useful! Nothing really comes to mind when using this software. If there are any issues please contact customer service immediately. We use this product primarily during events where we need to make sure everyone has their copy of a contract/agreement etc so they can keep track of changes made over time.
